Renaming LOG / Rollback

Can you implement some sort of log, showing the before and after of the renaming?
A few times where i have encoutered errors in the renaming (eg double episodes messing with the numbering, duplicate episodes etc) where i would have liked to see what it was before the rename happend.
a rolll back option would also be nice...

I'm concentrating on fixing bugs until I release tvrename (which will happen before the end of this month), then I'll get back to adding new features.
